So pretty much that is what the TIMSE system is about:
Tradeoff, Intensity, Motivation, Systemization and Efficiency. If you incorporate all these principles into your life you are bound to start getting results.
I hope this has helped you realize that time management is not a difficult science but rather a conscious lifestyle. I see it more as the art of focusing on what’s really important. Your commitment to incorporating these principles into your life will determine your level of success
I hope this report has been useful to you. I will post a checklist up soon to help you go over all these principles and apply them in your life.

Systemization
One sure way to save time and get your work done quickly and efficiently is to have a set system for as many of your business activities as possible. To do that you will have to record the different procedures or steps involved in each of these activities and then simply follow them. For example, I have set systems for activities such as keyword research, product research, article writing, etc. For me, it’s simply a document or a flowchart outlining the steps I need to take to get the work done and how it will fit in the overall project, and I simply follow the steps outline in the system each time I have a new project. Some people prefer to have flowcharts because they are more visual. I use both, but that is a personal choice.
Having and following a system is advantageous because following an organized set of procedures rather than always improvising makes your life easier, saves time and gives you a sense of control.

(a.k.a “Do not just work hard, work smart”)
Another very important concept is the notion of efficiency. You only have a limited amount of time, so work on the activities that will generate the most return on your time and effort investment. If you are familiar with the Pareto principle (or 80/20 rule) you know that in most situations 80% of the results come from 20% of the input (or effort). The trick here is to be able to identify what are these critical input activities that you need to be focusing on to generate most of the desired results. If you make the mistake of allocating most of your time to the other 80% of the activities, which is simply busy work (e.g.: answering emails) that will only generate 20% of your results, you are setting yourself up for a lot of waste of time and frustration.
I personally focus on two main types of activities: traffic building and improving my conversion rate because that is what brings me the most result in my endeavor as an affiliate marketer. For an adsense marketer the focus could be content creation, keyword research and traffic building for example. For other people it might be product creation, list building (information marketer), and so on and so forth. The point is:
You need to identify the most important activities among the maze of tasks you will have to get done for the type of business you are engaged in.
You need to allocate your time appropriately to these tasks according to their value in terms of impact on your overall project.
When you are able to (or can afford) consider outsourcing the least critical tasks and focus on the top 20% of the revenue generating activities. Nowadays, for example, one of the tasks I outsource is article writing because it was too time consuming for me compared to the income I was earning from other activities.
